There's an attachment of a picture showing a early deposit of money for Josh, an unusually higher amount than what his employer usually pays out. A follow up text explains the sudden paycheck:

Josh.

Going on a vacation of sorts for a few months. Paying you in advance, but I don't need you to do any work right now. In fact, take a vacation for yourself. Go work on some film projects or watch a good movie.

I'll be in touch when work resumes. Also, I'm working on a special project to debut in the Nexus, so if you could keep our projects, past and current on the down-low, that would be peachy. Want the surprise to be EPIC. :D :D :D
