It's not inherently suspicious for Caspar not to be smiling out in the public eye of the plaza. Not for Josh anyway, who's used to ice queen friends whose image is more important than it should be that they're uncaring jerks only out for themselves even when it couldn't be farther from the truth. Hell, Josh is guilty of the same act, though his has always been to project that he's fun and happy to be around.

What is alarming is the way he keeps looking around, like he expects them to be mugged at any second. Josh doesn't speak up about it at first, choosing instead to observe from behind his cup of coffee and slowly turn them toward the busier streets that lead to so many shops in the plaza.

"You're spending a free morning with me, least I could do is bribe you with sweet sweet caffeine." A small pause. "I don't actually know which shops we're going to here. You seem to have a monopoly on class in this duo."
